Jack Trice Stadium is the home of the Iowa State University Cyclones football team, located in Ames, Iowa. Opened in 1975, the stadium has a seating capacity of 61,500 and is known for its vibrant fan atmosphere and commitment to showcasing Iowa State pride. It was named after Jack Trice, the first African American athlete at ISU, who tragically died from injuries sustained during a 1923 football game.
