Shipping policy

All online orders take 3-4 business days to process.

Orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free shipping. 

Our “online only” t-shirt designs may take up to 10-14 business days to produce before they are shipped. 

Online orders are shipped out Mondays-Fridays each week. 

Bozz Prints utilizes both USPS and UPS for shipping. Choose the option and price that works best for you.

Art prints sized 16 x 20” and above come rolled in a sturdy kraft tube, small prints ship flat (or rolled when ordered with larger prints). Shirts come in durable poly-mailers, mugs are wrapped and boxed, postcards and other flat accessories ship in stay-flat mailers. 

Tracking numbers are sent to the email addresses provided at checkout. 

If something breaks, bends, cracks or scratches during shipping, we’ll be happy to replace it! 

Returns and exchanges are available for online orders. Please see our “Returns and Exchanges” page for more details. Email info@bozzprints.com with your order details and we’ll get back to you with a return label.

Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days of when we receive your items and may take up to 7-10 business days to return to your account.
